Foz do Iguaçu

Foz do Iguaçu, a city in the Brazilian state of Paraná, is the main base for visiting the famous Iguaçu Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the world. With a length of 2.7 km and crossing the border with Argentina, the falls are formed by hundreds of cascades, including the Devil’s Throat, with a height of 80 meters. Inflatable boat rides during which tourists get soaked are a very common way to appreciate this natural spectacle.
