Day 1 :
Welcome to Brazil: Arrival in São Paulo
Stages: Saint Paul, São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport
 
An itinerary suitable for all ages, as it's all overland, with no domestic flights, and short journeys by private car. Arrival in São Paulo is scheduled for transfer to your luxury hotel. If your flight arrives early in the morning, a tour can be arranged on the first day. During your free time, you can stroll along Avenida Paulista for a first glimpse of the city, or you can head to Ibirapuera Park and rent a rickshaw—the kids will love it! Day 2 :
Guided Tour of São Paulo: Between Art and Culture
Stages: Saint Paul, Liberdade,Ibirapuera,Vila Madalena
A private guided city tour to fully enjoy São Paulo, visiting some of its most important tourist attractions. You'll visit the historic center, the Paulista Avenue area, and the more sophisticated neighborhoods of southern and southwest São Paulo. You'll stop at tourist spots to explore with your guide, who will accompany you throughout the tour. It's not possible to visit all the tourist attractions mentioned in the 6-hour tour; you'll also travel at a child-friendly pace, with appropriate breaks. Our suggestions: Vila Madalena/Beco do Batman (street art, graffiti, murals), Liberdade (the kids will get lost in the little shops), Metropolitan Cathedral, and Mosteiro de São Bento. Day 3 :
Paraty: A Timeless Colonial Town by the Sea
Stages: Paraty
Transfer (approximately 4 hours) and free afternoon in Paraty. Here, you can experience the atmosphere of the colonial era as you stroll through the charming streets of the historic center, admiring its architecture, where every detail carries meaning and reflects important historical moments. Paraty is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, encompassing the Serra da Bocaina National Park, the Cairuçu Environmental Protection Area, and the historic center of the Paraty National Monument. It has also been awarded the title of Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO for its importance in gastronomic culture. It's a safe and peaceful place for children to wander around. Day 4 :
Discover the wild beaches and natural pools of Trindade
Stages: Paraty
A day exploring the beaches around Paraty, perfect for relaxing with the kids, as they're wild, uncrowded, and safe. A 40-minute drive to the village of Trindade: a heavenly bay with four beaches and a natural saltwater pool. Cepilho Beach and Ranchos Beach: here, you can stop for lunch at a fisherman's bar (not included). You can swim at Meio Beach and hike the trail to Caixa D'Aço Beach. A 30-minute walk along the trail through the preserved Atlantic Forest leads to the Caixa D'Aço natural pool, where rocks form a pool in the middle of the sea, home to many colorful fish. Day 5 :
Land-sea transfer to Ilha Grande, in the Angra dos Reis archipelago.
Stages: Ilha Grande, Conceição de Jacareí, Angra dos Reis
Today, a driver will take you to the Conceição de Jacareí port in Angra to board your shared boat. You'll arrive at the Abraão pier on Isla Grande, from where it's a short walk to your pousada. The entire area is pedestrianized, making it child-friendly, and you can stroll through the small town center. You'll have a free evening to stroll through the streets of Abraão's small center, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and bars. Accommodation: Pousada Comfort
Day 6 :
Boat tour of Ilha Grande's dream beaches
Stages: Ilha Grande
Boat ride (shared tour, private boat available upon request) to discover some of Ilha Grande's beaches. We'll make a one-hour stop at Lagoa Azul. There's no beach here, but you can snorkel from the boat; we'll then stop for an hour at Lagoa Verde, which doesn't have a beach, but is a great place to snorkel; a 50-minute stop at Praia do Amor, a small beach in a cove, a great spot for relaxing; and a 50-minute stop at Praia da Camiranga, with a river running through the middle, a great spot for photos. We'll also stop for lunch (lunch not included). Return is scheduled around 4:30 PM. Accommodation: Pousada Comfort
Day 7 :
Welcome to Rio de Janeiro, the Cidade Maravilhosa
Stages: Rio de Janeiro, Conceição de Jacareí
At the scheduled time, you'll head to the Abraão pier, where you'll board a shared boat to Conceição de Jacareí. Our driver will be waiting for you at the port to take you to Rio de Janeiro on a transfer of approximately 2.5 hours. Arrival and hotel check-in. Free time to explore the city: we'll recommend beaches with child-friendly playgrounds, such as a trip to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Accommodation: Hotel Comfort
Day 8 :
Guided tour of Rio: discover must-see attractions tailored to your needs
Stages: Rio de Janeiro,Sugarloaf, Christ the Redeemer
Today you'll experience your "carioca" day. We'll visit Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll pass by the Maracanã Stadium (outside), the Lapa Arches, and the Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastián. You'll climb the famous Selarón Steps, one of Rio's most beloved attractions, designed by Chilean artist Jorge Selarón. You'll climb Sugarloaf Mountain, an icon of Rio and Brazil, rising to 396 meters, where you'll enjoy a panoramic view. You'll also visit the Sambadrome to soak up the atmosphere of the Rio carnival. Day 9 :
Rio Green Tour: In the Urban Rainforest and Among the Imperial Palms
Stages: Rio de Janeiro, Tijuca Forest, Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden
Today you'll visit the Tijuca Forest, one of the largest urban forests in the world, where the jungle blends with the city! The kids will be fascinated by the lush nature, while you can enjoy some relaxation surrounded by greenery. You'll pass by the Vista Chinesa for a panoramic view of Ipanema and Copacabana Beach, Guanabara Bay, and Niterói. You'll continue with a guided tour of the Botanical Garden, famous for its imperial palms and orchidarium. You can also go bird watching and, with a little luck, spot monkeys arriving from the forest! A unique experience for the whole family. Accommodation: Hotel Comfort
Day 10 :
Rio Carnival: Exclusive Tour of the City of Samba
Today, you'll take a unique two-hour tour, perfect for the whole family, that will allow you to see the City of Samba, home to all the floats from Rio's 14 most important samba schools! Guided tour of the Academicos da Grande Rio warehouse, one of Rio de Janeiro's main samba schools. Afterward, you'll explore the exhibition hall to learn about the history of samba and carnival parades. The kids (and you!) can dress up in traditional costumes and take fun photos. To conclude, you'll enjoy a caipirinha and take a mini samba lesson with a dancer, for an unforgettable experience! Accommodation: Hotel Comfort
Day 11 :
Buzios: a seaside town on a human scale
Stages: Armação dos Búzios
From Rio, a two-hour transfer will take you to a farm full of animals and a green area, where you can stop for a play area for the little ones. You'll continue for an hour to Buzios. The afternoon is free to stroll along Rua das Pedras, among shops, restaurants, live music, and arcades. You can continue to Orla Bardot, the waterfront promenade lined with bars, restaurants, shops, hotels, and old colonial houses. Along the way, you'll see two iconic statues: one of the fishermen and one of Brigitte Bardot, the famous actress who made Buzios famous in 1964. Accommodation: Pousada Comfort
Day 12 :
Free Day in Búzios

Stages: Armação dos Búzios

Free day in Búzios: if you prefer, you can book a driver with us to take you to discover local beaches like Praia da Tartaruga, less than 3 km from Rua das Pedras. It has calm, warm, and uncrowded waters. You'll find restaurants there, and it's great for snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, or kayaking. Also 3 km north of the center is the more famous Praia de João Fernandes. Also renowned is Praia da Ferradura, another of Búzios's most famous beaches, like Praia de Geribá. Slightly more secluded are Praia do Forno, Azeda, and Azedinha. Búzios has more than 20 options, despite its 8 km of coastline. Accommodation: Pousada Comfort

Day 13 :
The Brazilian Caribbean of Arraial do Cabo & Return to Rio

Stages: Arraial do Cabo, Rio de Janeiro

Today, you'll depart Buzios in the morning with your private driver, allowing for maximum flexibility if you're traveling with children. Stop in Arraial do Cabo, where you can discover the stunning beaches of the Brazilian Caribbean, relax, and take stunning photos of this crystal-clear sea. At your preferred time, after a swim, you'll depart back towards Rio. Return transfer to Rio (approximately 3 hours). Free evening: ask us for advice on how to best spend your free time. Day 14 :
End of your Brazilian adventure

Stages: Rio de Janeiro

Today, your international flight home awaits you. You'll leave this country with a heart full of wonder and warmth... and a desire to return and explore more! Your driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby at the scheduled time and take you to the airport. If your flight departs in the evening, a tour can be arranged, but must be booked in advance.
